Job Summary:
Plans and executes various financial and operational audits in accordance with accepted professional standards in
order to determine institutional policies and procedures and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed audit plans and programs.Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
.Perform specific audit procedures and prepare work papers documenting the audit procedures performed.
Prepare comprehensive written reports Facilitate internal capacity of meeting the standard audit requirement acceptable nationally and internationall Follow-up to determine adequacy of corrective actions.
Special studies and projects as may be assigned.Assist in the planning phase on assigned segments of an audit
Assist in the process of evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of intenal controls.

Execute detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies and procedures for accuracy and efectiveness.
.Prepare work papers which record and summarize audit procedures performed.
Assist in developing recommendations for corrective action/improvement Required qualifications and competencies.Master degree in Finance or Accounting.
Chartered Accountancy course completed from a reputed Chartered Accountancy Firm 4-5 Years proven experience with career progression in the field of Audit in MFINGOs
Ability to organize and facilitate training/workshops/capacity building sessions.Experience in handling Audit of the projectorganization.
Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Office Package and internet.Good communication and negotiation skill.
Willingness to travel 40% time in the program areas.

সকল পদের জন্য শিক্ষানবিশকাল ৬ মাস। শিক্ষানবিশকালে একক আবাসন সুবিধা (৪-৭ নং পদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য), স্বল্প সুদে মোটর সাইকেল ক্রয়ের ঋণ ও মোটরসাইকেলের জ্বালানী, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ব্যয় (শুধুমাত্র ১, ২৬৪ নং পদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য) এবং স্থায়ীকরণের পর বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, প্রভিডেন্ট
ফান্ড, গ্রাচ্যুইটি, বছরে দুইটি উৎসব ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা প্রদত্ত হবে। এছাড়াও লাঞ্চ ভাতা, দূরত্ব ভাতা, উৎসাহ ভাতা, হাওড় ভাতা, শহর ভাতা (প্রযোজ্যক্ষেত্রে) প্রদত্ত হবে।

> নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, ময়মনসিংহ ও রংপুর বিভাগে অবস্থিত পপি’র কর্মএলাকায় নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে। > নিয়োগের জন্য মনোনীত হলে প্রার্থীদের জামানত বাবদ ৪ নং পদের জন্য ১৫,০০০/- টাকা, ৫ নং পদের জন্য ১৪,০০০/- টাকা এবং ৬ ও ৭ নং পদের প্রার্থীদের জন্য ১০,০০০/- টাকা জামানত বাবদ প্রদান করতে হবে যা সুদসহ ফেরতযোগ্য। ৬ ও ৭ নং পদে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের প্রশিক্ষণ ফি বাবদ ২,০০০/- টাকা প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্রে প্রদান করতে হবে।

> শুধুমাত্র মাঠ কর্মকর্তা পদের প্রার্থীদের নরসিংদী, কুমিল্লা, ময়মনসিংহ ও ঢাকা জেলায় পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। খামের উপরে অবশ্যই পদের নাম ও যে
জেলায় পরীক্ষা দিতে ইচ্ছুক তা উল্লেখ করতে হবে। > অধ্যয়নরতদের আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই।

ব্লক-ই, লালমাটিয়া, ঢাকা-১২০৭ ঠিকানায় ডাকযোগে/কুরিয়ারে/সরাসরি প্রেরণ করতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র বাছাইকৃত প্রার্থীদের নিয়োগ পরীক্ষা গ্রহণ করা হবে। বিদ্রঃ- উল্লেখ্য যে, উল্লিখিত ঠিকানায় সারা বছর আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ করা হয় এবং পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নিয়োগ দেওয়া হয়।
