আল-আরাফাহ ইসলামী ব্যাংকে নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি CMSME কার্যক্রমের আওতায় Al- Arafah Rural Development Programme (ARDP) লক্ষ্যে নিম্নোক্ত পদে কিছু সংখ্যক পুরুষ/মহিলা বাংলাদেশী নাগরিক অস্থায়ী ভিত্তিতে নিয়ােগ করা হবে।

| Probationary officer (Cash) | Minimum qualification: Masters Degree from any recognised university or equivalent madrasha degree with the following calculation SSC and HSC: GPA-4.00 & above in scale of GPA 5 3 points, GPA 3.00 to 3.99 2 points.Graduation (Hons. or pass) & Masters or equivalent Madrasha Degree: GPA 3.00& above in scale of GPA 4 = 3, GPA 2.00 to 2.99-2 points. | The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 01 (one) year with an attractive compensation completion of probation period he/she will be absorbed as Officer(Cash)” |

COMPETENCIES:
- EXcellent communication and interpersonal skill
- GOOd command in English and Bengali (Oral and Written)
- Must have basic computer operational knowedge especially in MS Ofice, e-mail etc.
