Job Description
Job Purpose:

As OT product and solution manager, this position is responsible for P&L, Roadmap, product, channel,
investment, GTM, service in field and call centre and team management.
Key Accountabilities:
Set long term business goals with milestones and ensure execution to achieve it
Find product gaps and design new products to ensure market fulfilment
Onboard and manage channels for sales and achieve monthly and yearly business targets
Ensure end user service whether its physical support via vendor or call center
Ensure EBITDA margin target given by management and ensure responsible spending

Manage and collaborate with teams of operation, sales, channel, service, sourcing and partnerships
Financial Impact:
PnL of loT B2C market segment
Cost analysis on operations & effective execution of developed initiatives.
Education:
Academic Qualification: CSE graduate with Business experience in product management
