The conditions for filling the application form and appearing in the examination are as follows Ministry of Public Administration’s memorandum No.-05.00.0000.170,11,01720-949 dated: 22/09/2022 AD, according to the maximum age limit is 25/03/2020 AD. Date candidate should be within the prescribed age limit. However, the age limit for quota applicants is 32 years. Note that affidavit in respect of age is not admissible.

HSM Job Circular 2023

Starting date and time for online filling of application form and submission of application fee: 14/02/2023 AD. 10.00 am. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 02/03/2023 AD, 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period will be notified by SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of Online Application Submission. You can submit the exam fee.

Candidates scan their signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) in the online application form at the designated place. Upload. (c) Before submitting the online application form, as the information filled in the online application form will be used for all subsequent activities. The candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled. (d) The candidate shall retain a hard copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related purposes.

Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After filling the application form online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph and signature. Candidates should download the applicant’s copy and print it in color and save it.

Application Fee Payment Method

A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any teletalk pre-paid mobile number for examination fee 300/- and teletalk service charge Rs.34/- Deposit a total of Rs.334/- within 72 (seventy two) hours. It is specially mentioned here that, “All parts of the application form in Online

The online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted even if filled and submitted”.

First SMS: HSM <space> User ID should be sent to 16222.

Reply: Applicant’s Name, TK… ..will be charged as applicant fee. Your PIN is 12345678. To pay fee

Type …… <Space> Yes <space> PIN should be written and sent to 16222.

Second SMS: HSM <space> Yes <space> Enter PIN and send to 16222.

Reply: Congratulations Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for……… Application for post xxxxx User Id is (ABCDEF) and password (XXXXXXX).

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on website http://hsm.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (Yoga candidates only). All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form It is advisable to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received promptly.

Using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate should download and print the admit card containing the roll number, post name, photograph, exam date, time and place/ center name etc. Candidates can retrieve their User ID and Password by following the below mentioned SMS procedure from Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone only. Must demonstrate during oral examination.
