The conditions for filling the application form and participating in the examination are as follows: 01 February, 2023 AD. 20-149 as on 25/03/2012 all the candidates whose age was within the upper age limit can also apply. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply subject to no objection from appropriate authorities. If the candidate provides any wrong information or conceals any information in any other matter including educational qualification, the application form of the said candidate will be rejected.
According to the recruitment rules, written and oral examination must be passed for all posts; However, serial no. 01, 033 07 of the said claim is zero Candidates who qualify the written and practical tests for the post will be considered only for the oral test. Latest government regulations are applicable for recruitment and quota determination. No type/TA/DA will be provided for appearing in written and practical tests. The appointing authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts mentioned in the notification for any reason and cancel the notification.
Verification of candidate eligibility At the time of oral examination, original copies of all proofs/cheats/no-objections shall be produced. Attested copies of all certificates along with printed copies of the Application Form filled in at the time of oral examination and newly issued. (two) copies of passport size photographs to be submitted.

The Chairman/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation has to produce the certificate issued by the Municipal Meghar (mentioning the Gazette/Indian List/Red Muktibarta No./Temporary certificate number and date/Bamus certificate number and date) issued by the municipality. Government prevailing laws, circulars, rules and regulations shall be followed in any matter not mentioned in this recruitment circular.
